Read The Bible - Topic: With Love To: Donna (dac)

Read The Bible - Topic: With Love To: Donna (dac): "I typed this out for someone and thought why not
pass it on to some others? Hope you enjoy it today.

Do not fret because of evildoers,
Be not envious toward wrongdoers.
For they will wither quickly like the grass
and fade like the green herb.

Trust in the Lord and do good;
Dwell in the land and cultivate faithfulness.

Delight yourself in the Lord;
and He will give you the desires of
your heart.

Commit your way to the Lord,
Trust also in Him, and He will do it.

He will bring forth your righteousness
as the light, and your judgment as
the noonday.

Rest in the Lord and wait patiently
for Him;
Do not fret because of him who prospers
in his way,
Because of the man who carries out
wicked schemes.

Cease from anger and forsake wrath;
Do not fret; it leads only to evildoing.
For evildoers will be cut off,
But those who wait for the Lord, they will
inherit the land.

Psalm 37:1-9

I don't know how many times the Lord has taken me to those verses, but it helps me again to 'bloom where I am planted' so to speak and to know that it doesn't do me any good to look back to yesterday's victories or tomorrow's worries - just live for today and cultivate faithfulness where I am at and who I am with and God will direct my paths and give me the desires of my heart as I seek Him above all else. Amen."
  • Although things are not perfect Because of trial or pain Continue in thanksgiving Do not begin to blame Even when the times are hard Fierce winds are bound to blow God is forever able Hold on to what you know Imagine life without His love Joy would cease to be Keep thanking Him for all the things Love imparts to thee Move out of "Camp Complaining" No weapon that is known On earth can yield the power Praise can do alone Quit looking at the future Redeem the time at hand Start every day with worship To "thank" is a command Until we see Him coming Victorious in the sky We'll run the race with gratitude Xalting God most high Yes, there'll be good times and yes some will be bad, but... Zion waits in glory...where none are ever sad!
